This section of the archive contains Arapaho dialogues, written by native speakers as part of Arapaho language curricular materials. The dialogues have been extracted from the curricular materials, and analysed by Dr. Andrew Cowell. Slight modifications in spelling have been made as part of the editing process, to produce a completely regular spelling system as far as possible.
The dialogues are available in two formats, HTML and XML. Four of the dialogues in HTML format have sound files for each sentence. These were done by the Northern Arapaho themselves, as part of the curriculum development. Sound quality is decent. See the HTML list to see which dialogues have sound files.
