Step Three: Install the printer(s)

Note: If you wish to use both a black and white and color printer, or wish to print to multiple locations, you will need to repeat these instructions for EACH printer you would like to print to.

Installation instructions:

1. Locate the file you just downloaded.

2. Double-click the file.

3. You will see a window come up and some commands being executed automatically on the screen. DO NOT ENTER ANYTHING!! The program will run itself.

4. When prompted to reboot your machine, do so.

5. After you have rebooted your PC, test by printing a document (see instructions) to the new printer. Does a window appear after print that asks you for a name and an optional password? If yes, you're done!!

If not, call 5-HELP for assistance.

6. Repeat these instructions for every printer you wish to print to.
