Step Three: Install the printer(s) for Windows

Note: If you wish to use both a black and white and color printer, or wish to print to multiple locations, you will need to repeat these instructions for EACH printer you would like to print to.

Installation instructions for Windows:

1. Choose your location.

2. Determine which version of Windows XP or Vista you are running and choose the appropriate installer, either 32 bit or 64 bit.

3. If you choose the wrong installer you will get a popup htat tells you that it is the incorrect package for you computer.

4. To install (after uninstalling any previously installed CPI Printers): Choose the correct version of the installer.

5. Save and/or run the file.

4. Click Finish.

5. You can now send jobs to the selected printer remotely. When sending a print job, you should see a popup, the same as when you print from a lab computer. Remember, jobs only stay in the print queue for one hour.

6. Repeat these instructions for every printer you wish to print to.
