How to print double-sided (Duplex Printing) on Windows lab computers:

Press "Ctrl + P"or "Print" from the application's "File" menu, as shown below.

Choose Print from the File Menu

This should bring up the "Print" window. Depending on the application that you are using, the "Print " window should either look like Image # 1 or Image # 2 below.

If the "Print" window looks like number "1", please continue on reading, otherwise skip to the section labeled "Print Window is similar to winodw # 2 ".

Print Window is similar to window # 1

- Click once on the printer that you want to print to, and then click on the "Layout " tab near the top of the window.

Layout

- In the "Layout" menu, change the option under "Print on Both Sides(Duplex)" from "None" to "Flip on Long Edge".

- Click the "Print" button to send the document to the printer.

Print Window is similar to Window # 2

- Select the printer that you want to print to from the drop down menu, next to the "Name" field" at the top of the window. Click on the "Properties" button.

- Make sure the "Layout" tab is selected as shown below.

- Change the option under "Print on Both Sides (Duplex)" from "None" to "Flip on Long Edge".

- Click on the "OK" button. This should take you back to the "Print" window.

- In the "Print " window, click on the "OK" button to send the document to the printer.
