How to print double-sided
(Duplex Printing) on Windows lab computers: Press "Ctrl + P"or "Print" from the application's "File" menu, as shown below.
This should bring up the "Print" window. Depending on the application that you are using, the "Print " window should either look like Image # 1 or Image # 2 below.
If the "Print" window looks like number "1", please continue on reading, otherwise skip to the section labeled "Print Window is similar to winodw # 2 ". Print Window is similar to window # 1- Click once on the printer that you want to print to, and then click on the "Layout " tab near the top of the window.
- In the "Layout" menu, change the option under "Print on Both Sides(Duplex)" from "None" to "Flip on Long Edge". - Click the "Print" button to send the document to the printer.
Print Window is similar to Window # 2- Select the printer that you want to print to from the drop down menu, next to the "Name" field" at the top of the window. Click on the "Properties" button.
- Make sure the "Layout" tab is selected as shown below. - Change the option under "Print on Both Sides (Duplex)" from "None" to "Flip on Long Edge". - Click on the "OK" button. This should take you back to the "Print" window.
- In the "Print " window, click on the "OK" button to send the document to the printer.
