Noreen Zaman, Ph.D.

Licensed Psychologist

Noreen joined the CAPS staff in September 2012, bringing with her extensive experience at university counseling centers. Prior to coming to CU Boulder, Noreen worked at the University of Pittsburgh and the University of California, Berkeley. She earned her B.A. in Clinical Psychology from Tufts University and her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from New York University.

In addition to university counseling centers, Noreen’s work and training experiences include psychiatric inpatient, outpatient, and emergency departments, private practice, research institutes, and medical units.

Noreen brings a commitment to multiculturalism and social justice in both her professional and personal endeavors. She enjoys traveling, reading fiction, and foreign films.
