Bounce Back

Bounce Back is a semester long group for students on academic probation (AP), who are at risk of being on AP, or who are in Continuing Education working toward reinstatement. It is a research based program shown to increase the likelihood of successfully getting off probation. Through this program, students can:

  • Improve academic skills such as time management and dealing with procrastination
  • Learn better study and organization skills
  • Explore other factors affecting academic success such as stress, finding balance, motivation, and building a good support system
  • Learn about resources on and off campus
  • Rebuild their confidence
  • Connect with others who are going through similar experiences

Below are the times of each weekly Bounce Back group for Spring, 2015:

Mondays, 2:30 - 4:00 PM

Tuesdays 4 - 5:30 PM

Wednesdays 4 - 5:30 (Williams Village students only)

Advanced sign-up and meeting with a CAPS staff member is required. To sign up, students must email CURetention@colorado.edu to schedule a meeting time and note which group they would like to join.
