Strength training for women

Burn more calories, improve bone density, and gain lean muscle mass in this new 4-week program! Perfect for those new to strength training or someone interested in developing their current program.

Program begins July 9 through August 1, Tuesdays and Thursdays 8-9 a.m. at the CU Recreation Center. Cost is $96 for Rec Center members. For more information visit the Rec Center website.
