We include awesome yoga & yogic breathing as well as service and cool wisdom for today into a powerful workshop for us young people who want to make a difference and build an empowered community that lives with understanding, serves society, and celebrates life :)

Yoga is not just about physical postures and de-stressing, but also about learning to be happier and to be our best potential in society. So while this workshop includes yoga postures, more than that it actually teaches us to LIVE a happy, fulfilled and meaningful life! As you may know, this workshop has been taken by students in universities around the country (e.g. at Stanford University where it is offered for credit) and courses are regularly offered in forward-thinking such as Google and service-oriented institutions such as the World Bank. 

The empowering, challenging, and fun leadership course is designed to help you:
- reduce stress through powerful yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques
- increase productivity and efficiency
- improve interpersonal skills and communication
- decrease procrastination and improve study skills
- build leadership
- make a difference in the world
and much more!

The next yesplus workshop is January 17-20 (Thursday-Sunday). The yesplus workshop is normally offered for $395 and $295 for students, but thanks to a grant from the Student Government is now being made available free of cost to full-time CU-Boulder students by completing an application, including short questions about why you would like to attend yesplus (approx. 30 min.)
