Discrimination and Harassment

The mission of the Office of Discrimination and Harassment (ODH) is to prevent and eliminate sexual harassment and discrimination and harassment based on race, color, national origin, sex, pregnancy, age, disability, religion, creed, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or veteran status at the University of Colorado Boulder. Additionally, we strive to prevent and eliminate false allegations of discrimination and harassment and retaliation against individuals who report allegations of discrimination or harassment or individuals who participate in an investigation. To achieve these goals, we provide educational workshops and online training for all members of the university community, including faculty, staff, and student employees. We conduct fair and unbiased investigations of all allegations of discrimination, harassment, and related retaliation and treat all individuals who seek our assistance with respect and dignity.  hr.colorado.edu/dh | Administrative and Research Center (ARC), 3100 Marine Street, third floor | 303-492-2127
