Recruiting For New Members for the Fall Groups

Grief Group
Being bereaved can be an overwhelming experience, and is often confusing and frightening. However, while bereavement can be quite painful, it is not a sickness or an abnormal condition. It is not something to be “cured” or “fixed.” Rather, it is part of the natural human response to losing someone close to us. Join this group for information, support, and time to share experiences.

Caregivers Group
Are you a non-professional Caregiver? Do you have a spouse, partner, son, daughter, parent, friend or someone else whom you help with life's basic and not-so-basic needs? If you would like a supportive place to listen and share your story, we invite you to join us.

Strategies for Stress-Reduction Group
Stress reduction is a concern for everyone in these busy and uncertain times. In this group, we will learn and practice different strategies for reducing daily stress, including mindfulness, meditation, yoga, visualization, guided imagery, cognitive restructuring, emotional health and regulation.
