Q&A for tenants affected by flood to be held Sept. 26

On Thursday, Sept. 26, the City of Boulder Community Mediation Program will be hosting free Q&A session with local landlord-tenant attorneys. The session is open to the public and will be held in Council Chambers, 1777 Broadway, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Student renters who have been displaced by the flood will be able to ask questions about their legal rights and learn more about the warrant of habitability. Students can also seek legal consultation through the university. Off-Campus Housing & Neighborhood Relations has an attorney available on Tuesdays and Fridays for free legal consultation.
