Nominations for the Student Affairs "Faculty of the Year" award due Aug. 31

The Student Affairs Faculty of the Year Award recognizes a superb faculty member that demonstrates outstanding engagement with students and contributions to the Division of Student Affairs.

Faculty members are often recognized for their research and academic achievements; this unique award recognizes faculty members that are committed to providing quality student services and support, promoting inclusive excellence and diversity, modeling and developing outstanding student leadership, fostering intellectual growth and encouraging involvement in campus, local, national and global communities. To nominate a deserving faculty member/instructor you feel qualifies in some or all of these areas, please complete the nomination form provided at this link.

The deadline for submission is Aug. 31, 2013. The Student Affairs Organizational and Professional Development Committee will review all applications and the winner will be honored at the Faculty Convocation, during Family Weekend, on Oct. 4, 2013.
