Kappa Sigma fraternity to host haunted house Oct. 28 to benefit local school

The Kappa Sigma fraternity will host a haunted house, "Nightmare on Penn Street," on Sunday, Oct. 28, from 7-9 p.m. in the fraternity house located at 1100 Pennsylvania Ave. in Boulder. Tickets are $5 at the door and the proceeds will benefit University Hill Elementary School.
