Presenter: Claire Chang is an Intern Counselor with the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program at CU-Boulder. Claire’s interests include working with trauma and mindfulness-based treatments. She is trained in the Trauma Resiliency Model, a body-mind approach to working with intense emotional and physical states, particularly traumatic stress reactions. Claire has worked in clinical, research, and education/training settings within the mental health field, as well as teaching yoga and meditation.
