Faculty and Staff Assistance Program workshop: The Symphony Between Food and Mood

Have you ever wondered about the link between your feelings or emotions and nutrition? Kathleen Farrell will discuss how your internal orchestra (aka, your nervous system) may influence what you eat and when you it.

Presenter Kathleen Farrell is a registered dietitian, certified health fitness instructor and has a Master’s degree in exercise physiology. Kathleen received her B.S. in dietetics from the College of St. Teresa’s in Winona, MN, completed her dietetic internship at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, OH and got her Masters from the University of Illinois-Urbana. She has 30 years of experience as a dietitian - community, clinical, education, research and sports nutrition.
