Environmental justice discussion series continues April 3 with 'Green Bronx Machine' screening

Interested in environmental and international social issues? Come hear about how Steven Ritz, an activist and teacher in the South Bronx, is seeding change in the Bronx and beyond by teaching his students and the wider community how to grow food, build sustainably, participate in the green economy and transform mindsets and landscapes in the inner city. Join the Assembly for Sustainability and Equity (CU ASE) on Wednesday, April 3 from 2-3 p.m. in the Dennis Small Cultural Center (UMC 457) for a screening of Stephen Ritz’s TedTalk "Green Bronx Machine" and a post-discussion on environmental education.

This discussion series is hosted by CU ASE. To learn more volunteer opportunities and environmental justice issues contact CU ASE.
