Doing It All - Support group for new mothers integrating work and family life

Come join other professional women with young children for support, information and camaraderie as we explore how it feels to live a full, balanced life amidst our dual (and often dueling) roles. Topics include self-care, managing energy, parenting, career development, and creativity. 

Facilitator: Paulette Erickson England, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
This support group is offered by Paulette Erickson England, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Staff Counselor for the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program, and mother of two children. Paulette’s background is in prevention programs in Community Social Work and private practice offering support to women through all the stages of life.
