City to host Q&A for tenants affected by flood Sept. 26

On Thursday, Sept. 26, the City of Boulder Community Mediation Program will be hosting free Q&A session with local landlord-tenant attorneys. The session is open to the public and will be held in Council Chambers, 1777 Broadway, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Attorneys will be on hand to answer flood-related questions and explain legal rights under the Colorado landlord-tenant law including the warranty of habitability. For more information about city of Boulder flood recovery efforts, please visit boulderfloodinfo.net.
