Bear Creek Apartments online application opens Friday, Feb. 1.

Rent starts in the upper $400s. Rent with your friends or we’ll match you with roommates to fill an apartment. Bear Creek offers contracts from August- May and August- August, and individual leases.

Rent includes a furnished apartment, electricity, heat, air conditioning, water, sewer, wireless internet and a premium TV package. Amenities offer a great community to live and study including: game room, business center, laundry rooms, large study rooms, social gathering spaces, indoor trash rooms, 24-hour maintenance and on-call staff.
