Design request for CU-Boulder Today advertising

Use this form to submit a request for University Communications to design your display ad. We are happy to help you promote your program or event. Please allow two business days for design and proofing, BEFORE you want your ad to run - for example, if you want your ad to run in a Friday edition of CBT, make sure that you submit your design request (and request for adveristing space) by Wednesday of that week.

What you get for the design fee:

  • Ad/s for CU-Boulder Today, either the vertical (160 x 180 pixels) or the horizontal (380 x 120 pixels).
  • Describe what you want in your ad, including the copy you want included, suggestions for images, and where you want your ad to link to when it is clicked.
  • One round of edits on the display ad.
  • Additional design services or editing will be charged at standard UCOMM design rates.
Please indicate the date you wish your ad to appear in CU-Boulder Today. Please remember to include two business days for design and proofing. During the academic year, the student edition of publishes on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings. The faculty and staff edition publishes during the day on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
