The office of community relations conducts campus visits for middle school and community groups throughout the year. We can arrange for a variety of experiences, including meeting with current CU-Boulder students, walking tours, science shows, and much more. There are funding options available to help offset the cost of outreach programming for your K-12 students.

Walking tours of the campus can include the University Memorial Center, the Student Recreation Center, the planet walk, visiting a model residential hall room, and the Norlin Quadrangle. Tour guides share their knowledge of the campus and its history. We encourage groups to bring brown bag lunches, visit the University Memorial Center food court, or make arrangements to eat in campus dining halls for a full campus life experience.

Call now to reserve your preferred date – spring semester dates fill up quickly. Please plan on bringing one adult for every ten students in Grade 8 or lower. Reservations are required for campus tours and must be made at least two weeks in advance. To book your visit, call 303-735-0228. Include your name and contact information, as well as information on the group you are planning to bring to campus.

High School students interested in visiting the CU-Boulder campus should visit the prospective student visit programs page for more information on programs specifically designed for their interests.
