What is it and how can we utilize it?

4. Win Triangle – Sara Tuman ( CSU)
WinTriangle is the next generation of the DOS Triangle text editor( prior product). It is self-voicing and permits blind users to read and write text and virtually any scientific expression in a compact linear form. It uses the RTF file format, so WinTriangle files can be read or created by sighted people in any word processor.
5. Accessible Graphing Calculator – Sara Tuman ( CSU)
The Accessible Graphing Calculator is a Windows application that includes the functionality of a standard scientific graphing calculator. It displays x-y graphs as tone plots for instant access and prints to any Windows printer, including Tiger.
6. Other accommodations for students who are blind – Howard Kramer – CU
Tiger, Duxbury, note-taking devices, etc.

7. Alternate format – All ATHES members
The ATHES group at large will share resources in the areas of alternate format including:
A. publishers – share those that have been approachable
B. outsourcing – share resources for subcontracting alt format
C. Daisy options
