Boulder Campus Faculty - Spring Ceremony Academic Regalia Rental Information Those needing to rent academic regalia for the spring ceremony should fill out the online regalia order form by March 30. The Chancellor’s Office will pay for the cost of rental. Regalia will be available for pick up in the Balch Fieldhouse on:
After the ceremony, rented regalia must be returned to the Balch Fieldhouse by 5:00 p.m. that day. Any regalia not returned at this time can be returned to the CU Book Store, located in the UMC, during regular business hours. Faculty Line-up/Procession The traditional procession from the Norlin Quadrangle to the stadium will start promptly at 8:00 a.m. Faculty should line-up and march with their school/college. (view map of Norlin Quad). The procession will arrive at the north end of the stadium. (view map of Procession Route). At this point, faculty will separate from the procession and make their way into the Balch Fieldhouse where they will wait to join the procession of the platform party. Once the students are seated, the faculty will enter behind the deans, and sit in the stands north of the platform (view map of Folsom Stadium).
Other Events Chancellor’s Brunch Faculty who attend the spring ceremony are invited to attend the Chancellor's brunch immediately following the ceremony in the Folsom Club Level on the east side of the stadium.
