Parking/Drop-Off

Ceremony Parking.
Winter Ceremony
For those who have difficulty negotiating the stairs,
the first four rows at the arena level are reserved. Take the elevator
to level one and ask the ushers for assistance.
Wheelchair Seating
Seating for guests with wheelchairs will be available
on the floor area in front of section 22 and at the top of sections
8,9,10, and 21. (View map of Coors Events
Center special seating) Since
these seating areas are limited in size, we ask that only two other
people in your party sit there. Seating is available nearby for other
accompanying family members and friends. Reservations for theses
seating areas are not needed. Officials will be on hand the morning of
the ceremony for assistance.
Spring Ceremony
Seating for Guests with Physical Disabilities or Other
Health Concerns
Seating will be available at the top few rows of
Sections 101-108 and 114-122. No reservations are required for these
seating areas.
Wheelchair Seating
Platform seating will be available in Sections
118-120 and Section 114. (View map of Folsom

Space is limited; therefore we ask that only two guests accompany you in
this area. Seating is available nearby for additional family members and
friends. Officials will be on hand the morning of the ceremony for
assistance. No reservations are required for these seating areas.
Sign Language Interpreting Services
Please call the Interpreting
Services Coordinator at 303-492-4125 (v/TTY) at least two weeks prior to
the ceremony. Seating arrangements and the location of the interpreter
will be confirmed at that time.
Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive listening devices will be
available the morning of the ceremony and can be located at the platform
stage on the stadium field. No advance reservations are required.
Accommodations at Specific College or Department Ceremonies
Please contact the sponsoring college or department at least two weeks in
advance of the event so that the appropriate arrangements can be made.
Guests with disabilities who have further questions or need assistance
