Dana Marshall is a doctoral student and graduate instructor in the communication department. Her research interests center on organizing and processes of policy, bureaucracy and authority–particularly in the financial and technology industries. Her current research centers on the organizing processes of compliance in the regulatory landscape of financial institutions. She has a BA in interpersonal and organizational communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a MA in organizational communication from CU Boulder.
