- March 9, 2007: Draft of paper due to session chair
- March 9, 2007: Last day to confirm participation in outdoor events
- March 22-25, 2007: Conference assembles
- March 25, 2007: Afternoon hiking at Eldorado Canyon or cross-country skiing in the Indian Peaks
- March 26, 2007: Downhill ski trip to Eldora Mountain Resort
- August 1, 2007: Deadline for final paper submission
