The Mass Spectrometry laboratory is located in the Ekeley Biosciences building, which is connected to the Cristol Chemistry building.  This facility contains an Agilent nanospray LC/MSD ion-trap MS; a PE Sciex API QSTAR Pulsar Q-TOF MS with capillary electrospray interface; an Applied Biosystems Sciex 4000 Q-TRAP MS; a Thermo LTQ Orbitrap MS; a PerSeptive Voyager DE-STR MALDI-TOF mass spectrometer; and a Finnegan LCQ electrospray ion trap MS.  The MS facility is run by Dr. Katheryn Resing.
