9/22 Announcements

1. We will try to run Monday's lecture like the review session, so everyone agreed to prepare for it (see number 2).

2. Read Ch. 5 for Monday's lecture and work problems 3, 4, 17, 104, 21, 33, 41, 47, 63.

3. Work Ch. 5 assigned problems 53, 54, 58-60, 63, 65, 66, 67, 71, 80, 86, 89, 104

4. For the written portion of EXAM #1 (50 points possible), the average was 39 (the standard error was 10) , the median was 42, and the high was 50 (4x).

5. Please see me if your score on the written part of the exam was below 30. It is possible to transfer into CHEM 1021 until Fri Sept. 29.

6. New Office Hours (and location)! M12-1, Tu10-11, Tu1:30-2:30 in Ekeley M170.
