1. Read Ch. 5, Sec. 1-3

2. Work Ch. 5 assigned problems 1-5, 10, 12, 17 & 21

3. CAPA #3 due Weds. 9/20 by 9:00 AM. Please finish by Monday to prepare for the EXAM.

4. EXAM #1 is THIS Thursday! See the practice exam cover sheet for composition (50 points multiple choice + 50 points for written answers + 10 points lab multiple choice).

5. The practice exam solutions (with partial credit indicated) are posted on the 1111Baker bulletin board across the hall from Ekeley M170.

6. Pick up the Math Proficiency redo ICA, the nomenclature ICA, last week's recitation ICA, and the recitation ICA redo in LAB tomorrow.

7. FIRST: Study CAPA 1-3, Chapters 1-4.1 & Assigned Problems, Study Guide section 1 (all areas) and section II (areas 1-4), Recitation Tutorials, In-Class Assignments, 1111 ConcepTests, Experiment #1 and Lab Safety

8. SECOND: TIME YOURSELF on last year's multiple choice EXAM 1 and the written Practice Exam.

9. Reminder: the review session for EXAM #1 has changed! Now Wednesday 9/20 from 6-9 PM in Baker 206.
