Registration Fees

Academic/Government Participant. $150.00 - if paid by May 12, 2006 ; $175.00 - if paid after May 12, 2006.
Private Company Participant. $350.00 - if paid by May 12, 2006; $375.00 - if paid after May 12, 2006.

The registration fees includes:
• An Opening Mixer and Poster Reception at the Stadium Club at Folsom Field on Wednesday evening, June 7
• Dinner Thursday evening, June 8, also at the Stadium Club;
• Morning refreshment breaks Thursday and Friday, June 8 and 9
• Afternoon refreshment break Thursday, June 8 on the first floor of Eaton Humanities Building.

Please note:
• Registration fees must be paid prior to, or at the time of, registration. Payment must be in full, and no partial payments will be accepted.
• Purchase orders can not be accepted for payment.
• Foreign participants must pay with bank drafts drawn from US banks in US dollars.
• Personal checks can be accepted only if drawn upon US banks in US dollars.
• Checks and drafts should be made payable to ‘The University of Colorado’.

Cancellation Policy

A 50 percent refund will be given if a written notice of cancellation is received prior to May 20, 2006.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE PAID AFTER THIS DATE.
