These programs are written in Python. All are known to run under Python 2.3, though Python 2.4 or an upgrade of the optparse module is suggested.

Get the souce for ConFind 1.0, label_tree, dnd2fa, or fa2fa. Or, get the precompiled windows executables for these four programs. This is a zipped folder containing the libraries necessary to run the programs. Unzip the contents of the zip file to a folder on your computer.
find_oligos and pick_oligos have not been tested under DOS. This is due to find_oligos dependence on mfold. mfold for unix/linux can be downloaded from Michael Zuker's homepage.
