Group Gift for Biotechnology Building

Former members of the Davis Research Group are making personal donations to name a conference room or collaboration space in the new Biotechnology Building, which will be completed during the 2011-12 academic year.  The Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering (ChBE) will be moving to this state-of-the-art facility on CU-Boulder’s east campus, as will be the Biochemistry Division and the Colorado Initiative in Molecular Biotechnology.  A brochure is available on the ChBE Department and its move to the new building.

All gifts from former students will be matched 1:1 by gifts from Rob and Shirley Davis and college funds.  You are encouraged to give 1% of your income for five years, though any amount will be appreciated.  As of 12/31/10, a total of $40,000 has been received toward a minimum naming goal of $50,000, with 15 group members participating.
