- Support research in the area of boron nitride composite materials. Investigate ALD coated and uncoated boron nitride particles as fillers in epoxide resins for enhanced thermal and mechanical properties.
- Support experimental research for the manganese oxide solar-thermal chemical water splitting cycle, using only the sun’s energy and water as inputs to a three step cycle producing hydrogen gas.
- Perform analytical characterization work, including LECO to analyze carbon, oxygen and nitrogen content, BET surface area, XRD, and thermal conductivity testing, for team research projects.
