Todd Francis won the first prize at the PTF poster session during the Annual AIChE meeting held in November in Austin, Texas. His work was titled  "Dispersion of Solids Using Spinning Wheel Feeders"

Jaimee Dahl (Ph.D., 2003) and Al Weimer received an "Outstanding Paper"
Award at the Solar 2004 National Solar Energy Conference held July 9-14 in
Portland, Oregon.  Their paper titled "Two-dimensional Axi-symmetric Model
of a Solar-thermal Fluid-wall Aerosol Flow Reactor," will be published in
the February, 2005 issue of Journal of Solar Energy Engineering
