The Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering is seeking to make one or more hires at the assistant, associate or full professor levels. Candidates with interests in all research areas will be considered. Applications are particularly encouraged in biological, energy and materials-related areas, which align with the Department’s participation in campus initiatives including the Biofrontiers Institute, the Renewable and Sustainable Energy Institute, and the Materials Science and Engineering program.

The Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering is currently seeking a Grants Manager. This position will play a key role in monitoring the department’s research grants. In coordination with CU’s Office of Contracts and Grants and Sponsored Projects accounting, this position will work closely with faculty in managing their research accounts, monitor allowable and timely grant expenditures, and ensure department compliance with and sponsor requirements and CU policies. We are looking for someone detail-oriented and diligent about following policy, who has excellent communication and customer-service skills and who loves problem-solving.
