Brittany EarleUndergraduate Brittany Earle has been named the Outstanding Graduate of the College. This award is given for overall strength in academics, service, and research.

Earle has worked internationally as an industrial intern at BASF as well as academically as a research assistant for Professor Chris Bowman. She has published one paper and will be first author on a second; her research earned her a prestigious Goldwater scholarship during her sophomore year.

As an active member of Engineers Without Borders, Earle has traveled to Nepal twice, including a three-month trip to build a spring source protection system for a local community. She has been a leader in both EWB and the department in general, speaking at the Boettcher Finalist Recruitment dinner and other recruitment events.

After leaving CU, Earle plans to work as an engineer in BASF's Professional Development Program where she will rotate through three different assignments in two years.
