Server will be
operative by the end of next week. I will send out an e-mail when
the webpage is up and running. The url will be http://emrys.colorado.edu/
The webpage will
be password protected during its creation. I will e-mail you a username
and password for you to use when logging into the website.
We will be running
a conversions software package (Dataviz Conversions Plus) that vastly
improves compatibility of attachments. This should eliminate almost
all problems associated with sending attachments to e-mails.
I will be sending
an e-mail survey to each of the subcommittee chairs to find out what
I can provide both on the website and in terms of technical assistance
that will be useful for you.
Possibilities
include: a website for on-line e-mail forums within your committee
(can be password protected), creation of mailing lists for subcommittees,
etc.

- Minutes of meetings
- Copies of handouts given at meetings
Background documentation on accreditation from the NCA.
Links to other schools that have websites specifically for
self study (broken down by their accrediting region).
The self study and supporting documentation (a long way down
the road).
Reminder: we would
like all documents submitted in both paper format (Times 12 point
font) and electronic copy (PC 3.52 floppy or zip disk or as an attachment
