NCA Self Study Committee Meeting
Tuesday, January 18, 2000

Present: P. Hale, B. Kaempfer, T. Lyons, P. Moore, D. Pinkow
GENERAL BUSINESS BK:

Announced that he had heard from Dr. Lopez that the President of Ohio University has dropped from the team.

Bill talked with Phil about other possibilities for the CEO. They determined that a President from any of the Big 12 institutions would be an acceptable replacement.

PH:

Updated Committee on status of document with Publications. They have sidebars and inserts.

Noted that external comments would be solicited after print copy is available. Comments are sent directly to NCA.

Asked Committee about sending unit self studies with the print document. The Committee determined the campus self-study is the priority, and hard copies of the unit self studies can be included in both the resource room and the virtual resource room.

Pat will get updated budget information to Bill and will begin gathering materials to send to team members with the print document.

Next NCA Committee meeting will be Tuesday, February 8 from 2-3 pm in Regent 302.
