Commencement Marshals – Winter Ceremony 2009

Academic Regalia Rental Information

Marshals needing to rent academic regalia for the winter ceremony should fill out the online Regalia Order Form by November 6. The Chancellor's Office will pay for the cost of the rental. Your regalia will be available for pick up at Fiske Planetarium on:

• Wednesday, December 16 from 12:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
• Thursday, December 17 from 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
• Friday, December 18 from 7:30-8:30 a.m. (Quantities limited)

After the ceremony, rented regalia must be returned to Fiske Planetarium by 5:00 p.m. that day. Any regalia not returned at this time can be returned to the CU Book Store, located in the UMC, during regular business hours.

Marshal’s Luncheon

The Marshal’s luncheon for the winter ceremony will be held on Wednesday, December 16 from 12:00-2:00 p.m. in the British Studies Room in Norlin Library. R.S.V.P.

Other Events

Chancellor’s Brunch

Marshals who attend the winter ceremony are invited to attend the Chancellor’s brunch immediately following in Room 3 on the conference level of the Events Center.
