magine sitting in your home in front of a warm fire on a cold winter's day discussing your research interests with a few of your students.

Or perhaps you are traveling to a conference and need to check in with your students on a project. It doesn't matter where you are, your students are able to complete their assignments and contribute to the discussion virtually anywhere.

Online interaction can create opportunities for participation that are different from those available in the live classroom. For instance, students can contribute without having to wait for a turn. In addition, asynchronous discussions allow for time to reflect, digest, and plan a response.

CU-Boulder Independent Learning Program's Online courses offer opportunities to create courses with student-focused learning. And you can provide all of this with your own online courses. We would like to assist you in this learning enterprise.
