Payment Request Forms

A supply of Payment Request forms will be provided on request. Please retain a copy of all requests submitted. Direct your questions about payment to Cathy Cloutier at 303-492-6888. Use a separate form for each course.

Postal Expenses

Initial postage is supplied as you begin your grading process. Replacement and additional postage is available by calling our office 303-492-5148.

Profile Pages

Students will send you a personal information page with the first assignment. Retain these pages for your information. Often you will learn useful data about the student, i.e. special situations, motivations and study habits. If you encounter a student with an interesting life situation, you might share the information with me. Occasionally, we can (with permission) use that information to promote the program or encourage other students.

We have an instructor profile page (about you) in each syllabus. Be sure to notify us of any changes you wish to incorporate on that page.
