Jeff Dillon is the past Director of Parks and Recreation Department, City of Boulder, Colorado.  He served as Director for Anchorage Park and Recreation Department before moving to Boulder in 2011 as the Parks and Planning Superintendent. Mr. Dillon was a practicing landscape architect in Alaska for over 20 years working as lead planner for a number of national, state and local parks including Denali National Park, Katmai National Park, the Alaska State Park System Bird Point Scenic Overlook, the Alaska Sea Life Center. He holds a B.S. in Park and Recreation Administration from Indiana University and a B.S. and M.S. in Landscape Architecture from the University of Oregon. He has over 35 years as a park and recreation professional including 20 years as a practicing landscape architect and park planner. He has received numerous awards for his work including the ASLA Presidential award for Excellence in Design for the Susitna "All Children's Playground."
