| Conference dinner will be the evening of Saturday September 13. |
Payment must be received prior to admittance at the meeting. All fees are payable by check in US funds. Registration will be accepted at the door at the higher fee above. Please note that registration for the conference dinner must be received by August 12. You will receive an email confirmation when your payment has been received.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made by August 12 will be accepted. A $25 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations made by August 12. Confirmed registrants who do not attend the conference or who cancel after August 12 are responsible for the entire registration fee.
