EAST ASIAN LIBRARY PROVIDES CHINESE, JAPANESE, KOREAN VERNACULAR CHARACTERS FOR ONLINE USE

It's now possible to search and display Chinese, Japanese, and Korean (CJK) vernacular characters in Chinook from library computers equipped with the Microsoft Asian language pack. Configuration instructions for CJK on your computer are available on Chinook under "Viewing Chinese, Japanese, Korean in Chinook". Implementation of CJK makes Chinook one of the nation's leading catalogs for searching in CJK scripts. The East Asian Library will be happy to help you use Chinook CJK.
