Thank you for your interest in hiring CU-Boulder students and alumni. We have compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions below, to jump-start your recruiting efforts.
Do you offer on-campus interviews?
Yes, we do! On-campus interviews are held in our Career Services office, and are offered mid-September through mid-November in the fall, and late January through late April in the spring. Visit On-Campus Interviewing to learn more.
How much should I pay an intern? How much should I pay for entry-level positions?
As of January 1, 2015, Colorado’s minimum wage is $8.23/hour. Salary & Wage Statistics has more on salary and wage information. CU-Boulder is in the process of creating a robust destination data collection project to accurately understand employment outcomes for CU-Boulder graduates.
How can I build my presence on campus?

What kind of positions can I post?
We allow full-time and part-time professional positions that require a degree and align with our employer policies. You are also able to post internships that meet our definition of an internship: a hands-on and career related experience, that supplements classroom academic experience to enhance the student’s education.
