Thad Satterfield is Vice President of Human Resources at ATI Physical Therapy, the largest provider of outpatient PT in the US, headquartered in Bolingbrook, IL. His organization includes Talent Acquisition & Management, the ATI Academy, People & Engagement and Philanthropy.
Prior to coming to ATI, Thad was VP of Human Resources at Service King, LLC, a Blackstone Portfolio company, where he led talent outreach and acquisition.
He has spent most of his career in the energy industry, leading global organizations in Marketing, IT and Human Resources at both ConocoPhillips and Phillips 66.
Thad earned undergraduate degrees from The University of Tulsa and his graduate degree at Northeastern State University. He currently serves as the President of the ATI Foundation and is active in his alma mater, serving on the Board of Governors for the School of Arts & Sciences, the Executive Advisory Board for the Collins College of Business and the National Alumni Board of Directors.
Thad and his wife, Andrea, live in the Dallas Metroplex, where Andrea is a middle school teacher in Frisco ISD. They are both music and sports enthusiasts and spend their spare time traveling and being outdoors.
