Rachael Shayne is the CMO and Co-Founder of the startup Cubspot, a dual-sided platform marketplace of camps, lessons and tutors for kids K-12. She is a brand architect and culture strategist located in Boulder, Colorado. Rachael connects brand strategy with corporate vision to turn beliefs, habits, and systems into a unique company-OS by fusing branding, values, heritage philosophy and reputation management into a cohesive story and inspirational ethos. By tapping into her background at advertising agencies and working on global brands, she’s able to approach culture, diversity and inclusion from a unique, high EQ perspective that fits the new definition of innovation and creates an enviable competitive advantage for Cubspot.

She has also served as Vice President of People. Culture.Brand. at Zayo Group where she oversaw the global management of the company’s people operations, brand, culture strategy and public relations. Throughout her career, she has helped guide some of the world’s leading brands, including Procter & Gamble, Nestlé, Alibaba.com, The North Face, TapInfluence, Colorado Tourism and more. Rachael earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of Colorado Denver. She is a mentor at Greenhouse Scholars and an active member of CU Women’s Council and Women’s Foundation of Colorado in addition to serving on the Board of CU’s Leeds School of Business. Rachael has school-aged twins and practices yoga.

Suzanne Stoller

Suzanne Stoller runs Talent Management for Google. Her team is charged with ensuring Google has leaders who are ready to assume the biggest, most important roles in the near term and is preparing leaders of the future. Included in her mandate is: defining what it means to be a leader and upholding that high bar. She's been at Google since 2008, first working from the headquarters in Mountain View, CA and now from the Boulder, CO office. Meghan Wilkinson

Meghan revolutionizes the way people and companies think. Meghan specializes in planning, operations and logistics to drive her teams towards operational excellence. In 2015, Meghan received her CSM certification and her Company partnered with CMG to define a new model of operating with Agile. For more than a year, she has led her North America Marketing Organization in a successful agile transformation, and now implements this type of methodology and mindset throughout her teams and ecosystems she works with. She earned her BA from the University of Colorado, specializing in Marketing, International Business and Entrepreneurship, and her Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Rupal Patel

Rupal has over 13 years of experience working in corporate consulting at Accenture, program management at a small R&D Lab, and strategic consulting at a SaaS startup. She currently works as a Sr. Product Manager at Comcast Technology Solutions. Her background includes major software and product implementation, process improvement, change management, and sales enablement, spanning diverse industries and companies large and small.

Debbie Trujillo

With over 30 years experience in the Colorado banking industry and a commitment to her community, Debbie Trujillo is KeyBank’s Vice President and Corporate Responsibility Officer for the Rocky Mountain Region.  In this position, Debbie manages and maintains community reinvestment contact with community leaders, community organizations, government leaders and Key district management in order to understand the community's financial needs and ensure Key is positioned appropriately in the community. She leads and directs CRA compliance activities to serve the credit needs of the entire community, including low and moderate individuals and geographies throughout the specified region. Manages community reinvestment efforts and compliance within assigned districts through the review of CRA performance data with district leadership team and development of action plans to respond. These efforts are focused on housing, community development related services and small business.  She manages community engagement for the Rocky Mountain Region to include Colorado, Utah and Idaho.

Prior she was the Community Relations Director managing the philanthropic donations from Key Foundation, community events and non-profit relationships.  She also manages employee involvement on boards and volunteer opportunities in local neighborhoods and organizations. She continues to strengthen KeyBank’s partnership with the Colorado Hispanic community and Key4Women programs.

Prior to accepting her new position in 2012, Debbie created her own position at KeyBank as the Colorado Key@Work Program Manager.  The program offers banking solutions to employees of KeyBank’s business community.  The program was so successful that there are now 53 program Key@Work Program mangers across Key’s footprint.  Debbie has also served as a Vice President of Sales and Service for Colorado Business Bank from 2002 – 2004.  She first entered banking in 1979 as a Location Supervisor with Columbia Savings.  She attended Bethsaida College in Durango, Durango Mexico.

Debbie is passionate about the opportunity to continue building KeyBank’s ties to Colorado’s business and community.  She has spent her entire professional career in the banking industry, and understands firsthand how a strong program focusing on the needs of people and community can truly serve to strengthen our neighborhoods.  Debbie’s involvement in the community most recently is as follows:

Kathleen McBridge

Kathleen McBride graduated with her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Masters of Science in Accounting from the Leeds School of Business in 2012.  She attributes her success to her dedicated professors and University of Colorado’s rigorous academic program. She continues her involvement with the University by spearheading her firm’s CU fundraising campaign, assisting in her firm’s recruiting at CU and volunteers with the Young Alumni Mentor Program. 

Kathleen is a Certified Public Accountant who works at PricewaterhouseCoopers for the last five years in the assurance practice. She predominantly works in the public, manufacturing sector with an array of clients including a global-200 packaging company. Kathleen has assisted her clients in major acquisitions and divestitures.  

Kathleen is passionate about Colorado and the outdoors and loves skiing, hiking, music and traveling, and of course rooting for her Buffs!

Lisa Neal-Graves

Lisa Neal-Graves recently joined the Zayo Group as the VP, Zayo Cloud business unit where she is the leader and general manager responsible for growing this strategic product in support of the Zayo 3 C’s value proposition: connectivity, colocation, and cloud.

Prior to Zayo Group, Lisa held several executive leadership positions: Intel Corporation (In-house Legal Counsel), AT&T/Lucent (GM), Chase Manhattan Bank (SVP), and Unisys Corporation (VP).  Neal-Graves holds a BS in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Hampton University, an MS in Computer Science from Michigan State University, an ME in Engineering Management from the University of Colorado, and a JD with a focus on Telecommunications/ Technology Law from Colorado School of Law.  She is admitted to practice before the state and district courts of Colorado and Arkansas. 

Lisa was born in Chicago and raised in Denver, where she lived most of
her life until she met and married her best friend, Tony Neal-Graves, over 24 years ago.  Since her marriage, Lisa has lived in New Jersey, Oregon, and Shanghai, China prior to her return to Colorado to join Zayo Group.  The Neal-Graves’ have a grown daughter, who is an incredible blessing and a bright spot for everyone she meets!  Lisa is a lifelong learner who loves music, shoe design/shopping, reading, sewing, painting, and traveling.
