Katerina is a first year PhD student in the finance division of the Leeds School of Business. Prior to joining Leeds, she conducted research in securities compliance/regulatory structure and analysis as a Ratings Analyst at Standard and Poor’s. Katerina is a licensed attorney and member of the Colorado Bar Association. She holds a JD, a Master’s in Economics, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Denver, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of California Los Angeles. Her research interests include regulatory structure and application analysis, securities regulation, corporate governance, and firm regulatory interaction.
