How are bills distributed?

Official billing statements are online.

Students can access the bills on CUConnect under the financial tab.

Parents and others who have been designated as authorized payers by their student can access CUBill&Pay with their own login ID and password. Students authorize payers (up to five people) on CUConnect under the financial tab. Authorized payers can view the official bill, pay it online or print it and send a check through the mail.

Students will receive e-mail notifications that the bill is available online at their Colorado.EDU e-mail address.

Authorized payers will receive notification at the e-mail address entered by the student.

Payment is due on time regardless of whether or not you receive an email notification that the bill is available. We encourage you to check your balance regularly. Students can check their bill under the financial tab on CUConnect anytime.
