Bursar's Office New and Transfer Student Checklist
|
REQUIRED - Sign-up for Direct Deposit |
What it is:
Direct deposit is the method the university uses to refund money back to the student when there is a credit balance on the account. Refunds can result from housing deposit, dropping a class, financial aid, etc. It is mandatory to sign up for direct deposit. For more information see our refund policy and refund FAQ's.
Deadline: As soon as possible to receive refunds
How to do it:
- Get a bank account if you don’t already have one.
- Get your bank routing number and savings/checking account number. This information is on the bottom of your checks or you can get it directly from your bank. These numbers are not on your debit card.
- On CUConnect, go to the financial tab, select Boulder Main Campus then “Direct Deposit for Refunds.”
I don't see Boulder Main Campus.
Note: Direct deposit authorization only allows funds to be deposited into your account. Funds are not withdrawn from your account to pay your bill as a result of this authorization.
