College Opportunity Fund - COF

Undergraduate residents

What is the College Opportunity Fund? It is the way that the State of Colorado provides tax support dollars to higher education and reduces your tuition. It is for undergraduate students paying resident (in-state) tuition. It is not an automatic process. You need to apply once in your lifetime and authorize each semester. Otherwise you will be responsible for paying total in-state tuition including the portion that would have been covered by the College Opportunity Fund.

Please read the Registrar's Office directions and deadlines on how to apply and authorize COF.
